cafe tripping

checked out two cafes in the tiong bahru enclave yesterday.

first up was orange thimble. it was really cosy and had lots of couches for groups of people to hang out. The food was okay, guess you'd go there more for the ambience than the food right? We didn't try their desserts cuz we were saving space for drips!

Which was just a short walk away! We had the cherry brandy tart (best!), chocolate tart, strawberry andb blueberry tart and apple tart. Unfortunately this place isn't as welcoming because they charge 20 cents for water! Going for a short swim now before dimsum with the fam!
